We scored shots, we created open shots, we jumped well in defense, I think, when we had 5 rebounds.

Jokić: Yeah, it was a really emotional video that they created for me. I am, of course, very grateful and I always say that. Even though you may not see them as much, they are always there (for me).
And about the game, well, yes, we lost two games back home. Maybe it was some kind of pressure from playing back at home court, who knows. We will see on Sunday what will happen. Yeah, it's definitely a matchup that... I mean, they were the best in the league, they were the 1st seed throughout almost the entire season, and they are not a desired matchup by anyone, since they have so many offensive attack options. They can attack various players in diverse set of actions. Of course, their coaching staff is doing the perfect job.
Therefore, they are a tough matchup for everyone, ourselves being included.

Where is Jamal Murray? He was the guy who set the tone tonight and blew the game open. Everybody talks about Ant and rightfully so, but Murray was better tonight. Jokic is a phenomenal player, but I’ve seen enough of the Nuggets since 2020 in the playoffs to know Murray is the straw that stirs the drink! When he plays like he did tonight you can’t beat the Nuggets in a 7 game series.

No excessive praise, more that he isn’t surprised that they play well because they are good players who do their jobs well. (Which seems to be his approach toward himself.) And that team approach is why the Nuggets are a far greater team than the sum of their parts.
