I've felt the true essence of this song today morning, while I was looking at all the birds flying in harmony yet caged in the veranda of the apartment just infront of our apartment. (even though I've heard this song repeatedly when it came out, i felt deeply connected and strongly towards this song then and now, I still feel the same emotional connection but in a whole different way.)

এই কবিতাটা আমার মুখস্থ ছিলো । এইটা যে গান আকারে আছে তা জানতাম নাহ। আজ প্রথম শুনে আফসোস হচ্ছে যে কি জিনিস এতোদিন মিস করে গেছি । রবীন্দ্রনাথ তুমি অনেক আগেই চরনগুলো দিয়ে ভেতরে ব্যথার সৃষ্টি করেছিলে আজ তোমার চরন দিয়ে কেউ চোখে জোয়ার বইয়ে দিলো ।
