Hello , namaste madam, i really liked your video i just have a small doubt usually i heard Amla contains more vitamin C and whenever v boil them there's a slight loss of certain amount of vitamin C. During the first half of video i completely agreed with amla being steamed inorder to reduce the loss of vitamin C but later u added them to hot jaggery wont it lead to further vitamin loss? Requesting you to clarify me on this. And i do have a request if possible can you please show us the method making murabba using honey?
When we boil in water some nutrients are lost when we throw away the water hence steaming is better When we add to jaggery syrup it is still being retained in the syrup which we will be absorbed by the amla
