I used to have one of these. It was my 19th birthday present all the way back in the mid 90s. it took quite a while to get running, but eventually I got it to start. I had to get rid of it when my girlfriend and I moved to the city and started a family. Man I miss that thing

I used to have a Datsun 100A. We put a Datsun Stanza 1.5 engine in it. Fits straight in on the gearbox with no mods. Great little car. All the best 👍🏾🇬🇧🛠️

I had 3 or those ”ricecups”. I loved them all. One was so rusted it did not pass MT. Second was crushed between a building and a delivery truck. Third was a gem. 100A always had problems with shifting gears. Previous owner add Teflon bushels to the shift joints and it worked out like a dream. The motor was not original, it was taken from 1.2l Cherry and it made it more pleasant to drive. And easier to my wallet.
