Did you try out Kajabi as a CRM? Because while Kajabi doesn’t have advanced CRM features, if you are already using Kajabi to run your business or you need a software that is not only a CRM but will also help you manage your entire online business, we highly recommend you save your money and just use Kajabi.
@e-learningpartners I am seriously thinking to give a try again to Kajabi. maybe a simple CRM should just be a stand alone kanban. it seems all the time it is integrated somewhere everything is messed up
We used to use Kajabi and pipedrive but have all of the information in one place is key. The great thing about Kajabi is you can track every interaction with your digital products and all marketing emails you send with each of your clients instead of needing 2 different systems and cross checking. This ultimately was more important to us so we got rid of pipedrive and just use Kajabi.

long story short: Kajabi has no CRM functions and it is just a try to read as CRM what is not.... mah!
