Step 1. Open package, feel it. Keep is as a display to show your family and friends Step 2. Have an amazing experience your first time using it because its flexible. Step 3. Take it out despite being nervous because what goes in must come out! Just go for it. Step 4. Try it at the beginning of your cycle because things will be more lubricated (an acutal tip, wow)

This was annoying. How tf was putting it in for the first time such an “amazing experience”. I came here for tips. How do I know if it’s in all the way? Or in correctly? I used my first one last night and woke up covered in blood. What did I do wrong ?
Not to mention dangerous and unsanitary. Those things get stuck in people all the time. And they don’t even talk about it. They don’t even show you how to use it. She’s just smiling and laughing and giggling like a clown.
@@jlewis122 they physically cannot get lost in your body. If you do your research you would know that a menstrual cup or disc cannot enter the cervix and get lost inside. Plus pads and tampons are more gross because with pads you are sitting in your own blood and tampons feel like a dry finger, and they have chemicals in them that cause cancer.
Where does the tip come in to play? Was the tip to keep one and squish it and show everyone? I mean I'm sure someone will see me squish it and finally give me tips on how to insert and remove it. I wanted to try this, but with the lack of HOW TOs I think I will find a different company since others have shown how to use theirs
Good video! Nice to listen to others experiences and tips that work for them since they may help, along with the instructional videos she mentioned. I’ll def check out the playlist/links in the description. Thanks for including all the extra tips there.

How to use a Flex disc: Step one: take it out of the package and squish it Step two: keep it on display Step three: talk about the greatest experience you had squeezing it
This shit is not as flexible as she’s trying to claim it is. When I took it out the package I was shocked by how hard it is. I’m sure it can’t insert but, I’m obviously here trying to learn how to do that.
The reason why the creator had constant yeast infections may be directly associated with her hygiene. Who keep a tampon in or a pad on for 12hours? That’s not sanitary because your sitting in your discharge. This disk seems to be doing the same thing which is allowing the discharge that should naturally come out and be regularly cleared and cleaned every 3-4 hours depending on your flow. Telling a person that they should be allowed to wear a sanitary napkin or tampon or menstrual device for more than 6 hours in my opinion is UNSANITARY. No wonder she had infections for 15 years.
No one said to wear pads and tampons for up to 12 hours where did you get that from and do more research on menstral discs it’s not the same as sitting in your period
@@victoriarose5715 they clearly don’t know what they’re talking about because tampons and pads are more gross because with a pad you’re sitting in your own blood and with tampons it feels like a dry finger. “25% of your life is spent on ur period” I can’t find the ad that says this but… is the founder brain dead? You only menstruate from age like 12 to like mis 40s-50s.. so that’s one. Two is- who the fuck has their period for a full 7 days?? Wtf? Mine lasts 4 days, sometimes 5 but last day is light af, barely anything… sorry I just KNOW they sat around a marketing table and thought of that and said “yeahhhh that sounds crazy, saying 25% of your life is spent suffering! That’ll make them want it!@
There are girls like me who have their period for 6 days or more. One in four women have health issues that affect their periods and these days periods can be sooner than 12 and end later than 50.
Currently sitting on the toilet, holding a flex disc, watching this woman talk about how cool her flex disc is while she’s squishes it around.
😂
SAME
This is awesome lol.
same
R!ght???
Thanks for not showing anything about how to get it in
I think it’s dangerous and unsanitary
@@jlewis122 actually it’s more sanitary than pads and tampons because it’s made with medical grade polymer.
🤣🤣🤣🤣

Tips on how to use the menstrual cup:
“i just take it out of the package and I love just squishing it.”

Absolutely pointless

Please change the name of this video!!! That was a wasted 1:15 seconds!!!
No instructions at all but she makes videos somewhere just advertised herself thanks gurlll
Shameless self marketing.

The biggest waste of my time today while trying to understand using this crap. So far it’s been super uncomfortable and messy.
Informative video without being Informative...thanks
I did not like flex. It took a while to try and just get it in my vagina then I couldn’t tilt it like the directions said. The discs are way too big.

Ingrid is so adorable
This was literally the most unproductive how-to video I've ever watched.
Thanks for wasting our time 👎👎👎👎👎👎
No offense but I specifically came here to learn how to use the disc like the title states, and learned nothing.
I clicked with the impression there would be instructions. No instructions. Just laughing about using the first one for demo purposes. Thumbs down.

First thing I did was opened up the package
Well no shit
I did it myself with the Woodglut plans. I think this is the best way to find out how to build it.
