Do more of these. I've met Steven before, dude has analysed everything around windsurfing techniques and windsurfing in general, freestyle for the most part. His mind got everything uncovered and geniously thinks of how to improve his sailing.
Hi Ben et al, another great video! This video confirms the info I got about strap position from a very decent Danish/Brazilian freestyler I met at WaterZ in Denmark. I changed them according to his specifications to achieve the "slight pinch" on the sides of the feet - and it made a huge difference on the water. I was able to sail much faster and with more control. I have also heard rumours of extra holes being drilled in production boards by their owners because they can't make them tight enough. How do they do that basically? Just epoxy-blend after HFS drilling? Another thing I do not quite understand is how you are supposed to adjust the "pinch" on the upper part of the foot if you are still supposed to be able to roll out of the strap in the event of a crash (could happen :-D) Cheers and thanks again for some great videos!
