Delicious recipe! I made these for my boyfriend and he loved them!!! I doubled my recipe and only got 6 cracked shells along the edge. I did slightly overbake them, but it was harder to tell when they were ready due to the dark color. I had my oven at 325F for 17 minutes. Will do 15 minutes the next time.
This is the next recipe on my list for when I am back on my feet! I had knee surgery 3 weeks ago. Standing or sitting for long periods of time are impossible right now. Our family’s favorite candy is Reese’s peanut butter cups, so they will be thrilled when I make these ❤️ Thank you for all your amazing recipes and tutorials! I finally cracked the code on making perfect macs due to your guidance!
hello! I'm your fan! I follow you on all your networks, I'm trying to perfect my macarons, I would like to ask you something: my scale only weighs 5 grams and up, so could you please tell me how much approximately 4 grams of powdered egg whites is, if I measure it in tsp or tbsp please?
Do you have a recipe for French method to make this kind of macarons? Your French method is the one that works for me , I always have problems with the Swiss one. Is there a right temperature to remove the sugar and egg whites from the stove with the Swiss method? I think that is one of the issues I have. Thx for your help
Hi! Love your videos :) I was wondering, how do you drizzle the chocolate ganache on the macarons? Do you cut a very small hole in the piping bag? I tried it but I had no control and it didn't come out right on top of the shells.
For the filling you say Butter at roomtemperature. In the recipe says melted....can you please change the info. Thank you very much for the delicious macaron tutorial 👍🏻🌹

The butter for the peanut butter buttercream should be at room temp but the butter for the peanut butter center for the ganache should be melted
@@PiesandTacos So I switched it 🤦♀️ sorry
How many macarons does the recipe can make?
