What's the measurement of the last piece of the rail ? You said 88 inch to the short angle cut , 6 inch kick up , and then how long is the piece ? Thanks in advance !
Great!!!. you chamfered you cuts like you were supposed to. I noticed it at the start of your video Maybe other so-called welders will learn from this video. Great job and Good Luck
Mike Miller thank you for the comment! Fortunately when I started learning to do this stuff I had some good teachers that knew the right way to do this stuff. Not only do the chamfered ends give a stronger joint but they make cleaning up the weld much easier!
I too built my frame the same way ,way back In the late 80's nice video 👍
Would live to have all your measurements and layout ,I'm gonna be buying or making a frame for my 27 T- Bucket
what do you do for radius rods? do you by them from speedway, spirit? front axle?
thanks for this no-frills build up. guess you don't need a fancy jig to make a frame!
Sorry about the words during the entire video. Future videos will be better.

Nice job ,
What wall thickness tube is ideal for a chassis like this?
3/16" or .188" wall is the best.
