NCC IIT Bombay proudly presents VEERGAATHA- Episode 1: 'The Cobra'.
Our team interviewed the Maha Vir Chakra awardee Naik Digendra Kumar, the cobra of the 2 Rajputana Rifles. He hoisted the tricolour on Tololing hill in the Kargil War of 1999 inspite of multiple bullet injuries. The living legend narrates his story of grit and heroism and speaks about how he constantly remembers his companions.
Naik Digendra Kumar stands as a role model for all, inspiring us to always be brave and face all our problems dauntlessly.
