Have been using Milton Spotzero Spin mop for over 2 mths...no problem at all...so easy to use. Never overfill the bucket...water should be just enough to submerge the microfiber

I use same type of mop but another company . The rod is going get stuck while spinning or sometime it goes loosen you can't be completely reliable on such mop. It's only useful occasionally .

Make sure when drying the mop, never leave the mop stick upside down, the water tends to drip into the spring which spoils it. Hope this helps.

@@somyasharma5173 ~ Yes, you can repair it. Just scrub it lightly with sandpaper and apply lil (machine or any light) oil in that area so that the function of the device is smooth.

@@somyasharma5173 ~ Don't have to open any part, just clean the joints and sliding areas and oil them. Even cooking oil will do if you don't have machine oil. If you go to buy then buy WD-40 (this is the best option), just spray it on affected area, let it be for 10-15mins, then wipe it thoroughly and use.
