Great VLog with catch up/updates and work stuff. What's your preference? Bose, Sony or the Logi headphones? I know Logitech sponsored-- so share what you can..lol Do you prefer 'in ear', 'on ear's or over ear. I've used all types over the years, but for me, very situational ie...work, exercise or gaming...I've been using Logi for work right now and Samsung Level U for gaming/TV etc.
Anyway, your music choices are relaxing-- very cool. As a Mental Health Professional, I continue to be impress with your overall frankness and openness regarding Theray...just fyi, you are really heathy on your approach to navigating all 'things' that we all deal with these days...super well done on your part.
