The big talking point of this episode of Newstrack is the NEET-UG paper leak case. The CBI on Thursday arrested the alleged kingpin of the Bihar NEET-UG case from Patna. Meanwhile, the NEET hearing in the Supreme Court has now been postponed until next Thursday. Although the government in its affidavit has claimed that there was no mass malpractice in the exam, but petitioners called the paper leak a systematic fraud.
So, should there be a NEET-UG re-test? Is an overall of the competitive exams needed? Watch as panelists debate.

In my time maths paper was leaked in ICSE. I gave exam second time bcoz paper got leaked . This is about future of health of our country as life is in hands of Doctors .

Hmm I got 680 marks grinding days and nights but won't get my dream college. So NEET should be conducted again as they can't exclude cheaters from the crowd.

Paper leaked is a serious matter. No amount of justification shall erase the damage. It should have scrapped immediately. International community will definitely mock the India medical fraternity. If SC says no RE NEET then there will not be any fair and transparent exams in future everyone will quote the SC order please tell me why and where to use multiple choice questions ? IIT CHENNAI misleading SC !!! out of 24 lakhs only one lakh will get admission so the graph must be only two lakh students not 24 lakhs why IIT having two tests and only one for NEET ? First reduce the applicant by putting twelve class cutoffs at least 80% in the written exam It clearly indicates that you want to do some " 420" and malpractices? !!!!

Why retest for 24 lakh students....take 5 lakh students that is top 1 lakh students from each category will enough to go for retest....13 lakhs are unqualified
Need of srapping is a must due to myriad reasons.
As we live in social digital Era once the paper is out on one place spread is unmeaurable. Like jee conducted in two times in many shifts why it's considered for neet the future doctors who save our lives

Nta has failed in conducting almost all the exams the cuet students are also waiting for their results the results were supposed to declare on 30 June but till now their is no information about it and the neet students like me is suffering from all of this trauma .
These fools are making execuse about rank inflation by saying that they had reduced syllabus. What about those topics which were added. Just trying to cover things

Look at the slope gradient i.e tan theta,,,, in a normal distribution curve it begins with zero than uniformly increase till curve reaches highest point..... BUT in NEET case the gradient has risen very fast between 720-630 marks then it has dipped and then again risnen gradually after 600 marks.. . This clearly shows that something not natural at 720-600 marks,,, IDK how IIT people missed that,, to be fair this analysis should have been done by Indian statistical Institute Kolkata as they have specialized in statistics,,, IIT s are good in technology and research
