It works, but use low ap cost spells rather than stuff like iops wrath, as you want to capitalize on the flat crit dmg. If you want high ap high dmg spells, you are better off using a build with higher stats rather than omni crit.
Its not a question of budget with xa with gein u have more intellegence and force dmg ... than your build ... with ur build its more agility air dmg thats all ..
