I love how almost all renovation couples have an uncle or relative whose in the building trade… makes the renovation bittersweet to watch because the numbers they give dont represent the full renovation cost if they couldnt do it themselves.
Fantastic job , amazing that they did all of that for 120k which is far more realistic than the 250k budgets you see on Room to Improve. They clearly rolled up their sleeves and got stuck in. Its a fabulous job and now they have a home for life, fair play to them. Any chance we could find out who the tile supplier in Italy was? Doing a renovation soon myself and prices for materials here are crazy!
