Damn what a collection 69 Daytona black with red stripe red interior and 69 Daytona red with black stripe black interior that's awesome and then a 69 Daytona Green on green that's awesome
I, on the other hand, suspect that the barn, looking ALLOT fresher, than the GTS does,,, is the NEW home of the Dart GTS and is NOT frequented by rodents. Dust, and leaves, would indicate the cars were somewhere else when they got the leaves.... The 'Polara' Convert, must be Canadian or something, because those taillights are Monaco pieces here in the States.... I have 5 of these in the different trim levels, and the Monaco and Monaco 500 had the 'Delta Wedge' taillights, while the Polara, and Polara 500, had the 'Venetian blind' style taillights very similar to the 67 Coronet R/T taillights that had the fine row of chrome bars vertically oriented across the whole tail of the car. And for the stuff sold north of the border, you would see a hodge podge of mix and match of interiors and exterior trim from the American versions......
I look forward to watching every video you post. So great to get to see these cars in these settings, living vicariously through you. Thank you brother, you always make my day.
I am not a mopar lover but the green Daytona is a beautiful speciment. A friend of mine still has a Dart like that. Red car black roof and black interior.
@@johnkrout2661 What would you base the numbers on then? Dodge did fudge the production numbers so they could go racing. I was just saying good luck because to acquire one of these cars is not an easy thing to do. Takes a tremendous amount of money and that's even if you can find one.
Just saying that the registry is minus alot of cars out there i personal have several rare car in my collection right now and have many friends that have rare stuff that we don't want the world to know about, when its time they will be back out in spotlight, rare and valuable do not always go together either the 69 GTS 383 4 speed convertible is alot more rare by number's but certainly not worth what the Daytona is ! FM3 340 Challenger convertible is another rare car that is still hidden to public and the list goes on
Man I hated the washer fluid tank on my 69 Charger. The plastic was so shitty they would always dry out and start to leak. So I'd go find another at a junk yard. Probably nowadays you can buy resto versions off the interneet that don't suck, but this was back in the day.
I could never figure out how people could treat special cars like that, why let them sit and rot, be infested by pests? Sell them if that's the case. Let someone else enjoy them.
@@johnkrout2661 No I've been a ASE certified mechanic and welder for over 35 years. What I think really sucks. Is how these classic car builders charge so much for a car. When even the brand new high horse powered cars don't even cost as much? SMH. Sighhhh.
I also was a ASE mechanic for 35 yrs but also have a collection of Mopar muscle cars that I paid not much for back in the day and I agree they don't do anything real good handle, steer, power, what ever but they sure do look good and chances are you'll be the only one at the grocery story with a 71 Challenger 4 Hemi car
I'll have never understood the fascination with the 'wing' cars. I know all about the aero wars (blah blah blah), but the wing cars are ridiculously hideous, and I would be embarrassed to drive one. I've owned several B bodies, and currently have a beautiful B5 blue 69 Roadrunner, which looks better than any wing car. If I had to pick one car out of that barn, it would be the Dart, along with the dead rats.
I agree, talk about ugly. His videos are sloppy compared to thousands of you tube content out there. Just looked like a collector he heard of and visited! Bug deal. Hardly Archaeology. And that's My Opinion haha 😄😂
That Dart is a bucket list car for me..
Some awsome cars for sure

Great collection! Would love to have one of any of those cars.
Sad they need to take better care of these VERY special car's !!!
AWESOME FINDS
That green Daytona is my dream car. If i could have any car in the world it would be a green on green Daytona.

Hopefully the green one will be at MCACN next year!
At least the cars are in decent shape and the ownrr is not the typical psychopath hoarder
1 of 1 Raven Black Daytona= Delicious.
I believe there are a few black Daytonas. I know of a hemi one at least
@@AutoArchaeology Doesent the commentary say @0:19 '1 of 1' ?,,or am i mishearing it. Regardless, I love these old barn finds. cheers form Australia.
Truly AMAZING and Blessed!!! God Bless and All Families!!!!!!! 💯👍💞💞💞💞💞 Mopar or No Car!!!!!!! 💓💓💓💓💓💓🐺
Gold mine
I would love a barn/garage like that just as much as one of those Daytona's
I would love to hear them start up! I love the sound of the starters in those Mopars!
shiiiiiiitt no no no no no no no no, brrrooom.
One day! I WILL own a 69' Daytona! Awsome video.
503 produced and 92 exist according to the Dodge registry. Good luck
Won't base number's by the registry

Fantastic!
It’s a pity it wasn’t long enough to see more of them
They had some amazing stuff there 👍👍
wow these cars are beautiful im crying that their not on the road
Awesome video
Very nice collection! Mopar dream garage
G.O.A.T!!🤗
440th like on a video about 440s, mint👌🏼.
How do you have a barn fill of cars?
Insane find!!! Unbelievable....L.U.C.K.Y!!!
Damn!
There’s holy grail stuff , then there’s this .
Very cool!!!!!!!!!!
Nice car
are these cars in SC i have heard about them for years
Nope, about 2-3 days west of there
what were the bolts on the roof of the Daytona towards the rear?
No idea
What state was this? They for sale? Estate sale?
It just doesn't get any better than a 1 of 1 Daytona. Why couldnt I find one 30 years ago? No luck...I'm just not worthy.....😩

Yup! That's about it
Are any of the Daytona's for sale?
They were not
So nice to see the banana 70 r/t i had one exactly the same but with electric windows paid 5k in 1992 for it.
Sweet! The electric windows are rare.
Man I would love to have any of these cars,I'm only 15 I'd would run these cars to school and and show them off
If they want to donate one of those Daytona's I would be more than happy to accept..
Any chance of acquiring one of those cars does he plans to sell any of them
He does not
Wow!
Riddle me this batman!!!How the hell do you find 2 Dayton's in a barn!!!
I was surprised as well!
@@AutoArchaeology I could spend hours watching these videos they are awesome 👍👍👍👍
Missouri barn find. Did the owner die?
Nope
See if you can do a video on that black Daytona, all shined up, and out in the sunlight? That's gotta be one striking car with that color combo! ✌😁
If I see it again, I'll give it a try
Are there any plans to get them out and driving again?
Some, like the red Daytona are driven, and there are other nice cars not shown
Consider adding some lighting and maybe something to reduce the shaky-cam. Hard to watch at times.
Yup, already got a gimbal and lights for future videos.
Love the video but the lighting isn't good on some shots of interiors and engine bays.
Are they for sale
No, sorry
Can I have one
I wish
Repeat?
What?
You need to perspiration a little bit better job on
I could never figure out how people could treat special cars like that, why let them sit and rot, be infested by pests? Sell them if that's the case. Let someone else enjoy them.
These are all nice, running-ish cars.
That wing on the rear of that car is hideous. What were they thinking?
Made them faster and added downforce.
And most of the cars need too much money to get them back to their original worth. The only one that was worth anything was in a trailer.
Nah, the only one that needed real work was the Dart. Everything else was a cake walk.
Apparently your new to the hobby!

Not really a "barn find .True "barn finds' have not been moved for decades, and that barn doesn't look that old
The barn is only 40 years old.
No matter,,, this collection is over the top. WAY OVER. Thanks for the shocking display. We're just not worthy!!

That is your opinion.
Obviously the owners of these cars have the same opinion. That's why all wing cars are sitting in barns, hidden away.
