- Today in master duel we are recreating one of the most iconic match ups in the entire Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. Yuma VS Quattro Well its mainly just two characters we know from zexal ! We will be doing this by recreating their structure decks within Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel! Who will come out on top in this legendary duel!

Yuma’s deck is definitely reminiscent of early Yugi’s where it’s a bunch of unrelated monsters that can only work due to plot armour allowing Yuma to draw the card he needs. 🤔
Zexal anime starts with yuma having shit ton of random cards that don't work together but with time he learns nd his deck becomes a consistent tought trough deck
The gagaga spellcaster are even reference to dark magician and dmg

Zexal is the one show of Yugioh that I finished. Definitely looking forward to a future duel for Shark versus Kite.

Quattro is my personal favorite in yugioh zexal. His sadistic and ruthless personality is so delicious and his boss monster Number 88: Gimmick Puppet of Leo is so cool.
as a gimmick puppet player myself i really enjoyed watching a gimmick puppet deck pop off.

This is the most hilarious character duel ever.
Quattro truly was a memorable character, I also like his brothers. Each one have such a unique deck and I used to think that Dyson Sphere were such a powerful card.
I love how Doto's smoker Yuma voice is made ten times better by the fact that he's playing onomatopoeia and says all the stupid names of the monsters
This was fun to watch, would like to see a duel involving Vector in the future, favorite villain in Zexal, just not sure which match-up he has would be good, probably his duel against Nash would be fun to see

The 1 with yami/yugi Is like the first part of JoJo for me
basically nostalgic, iconic and the foundation to build upon
I would say Yami/Yugi is more like Part 2. Part 1 is too serious, while in Part 2 it's mostly improv which Yugioh originally was, a D&D card game. So just like Joseph being allowed to do crazy/silly stuffs, Yugi was allowed to make up rules if it made sense within that game till battle City.

I'd suggest using the higher level character decks from Tag Force Special, because they're more playable, while still keeping theme with the character. Unless you want a doodoo hand 😂

I actually quite like zexal, and the xyz mechanic in general, and i played gimmick puppets in Duel Links, and remembered them being fun, probably terrible in Master Duel though.
