Posion build for fenrir is good but not always effective because it can easily countered. I used poison build as deterrent to those players which is tanky and has a lot of healing effect. Poisoning your enemy is disrupting their ability to heal and use potion so you can easily kill them. If my poison doesn’t work I still have my raw attack to do the work.
