You may be able to find it and they may have redacted from the news like a lot of other things that were said.
The president, his administration, and the SS are doing damage control over this debacle.

Jonathan Willis was the sniper who was given the order to stand down however when the gunman started shooting he ignored orders and took the gunman out, Because he ignored those orders that sniper saved not only DT’s life but the lives of many many more people. I taught high school for 30 years, and I can tell you that that young man was probably bullied and not popular. He looks very unlikely to be able to defend himself in a public high school situation. It is a sad scenario that our schools create. Our school administrators really need to step up and stop this when reported. it creates young unhappy people that want to get back at society. I firmly believe, from my teaching experience, that this kind of behavior could be fixed if school officials took action against bullying and such. They are not educators, on the school boards who make decisions. They are politicians who want somewhere to start with public "service" and then go on to run for higher office. School boards are elected positions not educators who see what happens.

I was working Chicago for Teach For America ( at the time it was called the US Education Corps, which was an outreach of the Peace Corps, that was then a privatized charity by H. Ross Perot.) at school they could not pay people to work at, due to the gang activities. I was working at DePaul U diversity in Chicago, and I went and tied to teach these kids. 3 weeks in to it the teachers went on strike, all talking about their plans tickets to Florida. They were paid well, and they didn't care about the children. This was Roosevelt High School. in Chicago. They left us volunteer teachers who were paid nothing to work and cross the union lines. At that time I made the decision that teaching was my vocation. I wish I could have done it forever, but I had to support myself and moved into private schools. But I would never join that union. I worked for years at private schools and loved it. Today I give a lot of support for education with scholarship funds, and am lucky I married well and my husband provides the funding and knows what I believe in.
