As invited by College for Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarah, Dharamshala, in the morning of 13 August 2022 Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche graced as the Chief Guest the function of the anniversary of the establishment of the college. Convened in the hall of the college, Prof. Rinpoche conferred certificates to the graduates of the Bachelor of Tibetan Studies, and gave a guidance talk on the ways of doing research on Tibetan knowledge-fields.
