Cleaning lens elements Haze In Leica Summincron-R 50mm f2 Made in Canada.
I cleaning the lens elements with Lighter Fluid, BE AWARE of how the lens elements is sitting in the mount, because they should sit in the same position.
SET a mark on the edge of the lens element BEFORE you take out the lens element.

Hey Mike! Super inspiring to watch your uploads and have gone into some repairs based on them myself. My question for you is where did you learn how to do these? Obviously, each lens is different, but do you just take the risk on each lens if you don't have the prior experience and then figure out the method?
