Not true.... The tilt axis AK4000 only could rotate 230°for the sake of security of big camera, so tilt motor should be on the right side of camera when mount camera on AK4000. The tilt axis AK2000 can rotate 360°, and tilt motor can be placed on either side of camera.

There's no problem with the gimbal. Camera was mounted the wrong way that's why its like that

You mounted the wrong way. The tilt axis should ALWAYS be on the right side
Even if you want the arm on the left side it wont work that way. None of the gimbals do. Just put it on the right side. Dosnt make a difference

Yep m8 you have mounted the camera the wrong way, tilt motor should be on the right side. This is why you are having issues.
