It's a prank.When they showed the camera footage,always all the year,date,time and even seconds can be seen and recorded.Take a closer look,when they show the footage in the phone they get a mail up in the middle screen of the phone,"motion detected on garage" and second "motion detected on front door".If they are alerted by the mail they would've never recorded the video.They would've called the cops immediately, they didn't do that.They started recording the TH-cam camera and showed the CCTV camera footage which was taken at the same time when recording the TH-cam video,and showed it like a previous recorded CCTV footage.

Cars like that that get stolen in LA end up down in the ports (Port of Los Angeles/San Pedro and Port of Long Beach). These days, w/ shipping backed up, there's a chance the police might find your car, but if I were you, I wouldn't go looking for it down there, unless you're well-connected and heavily armed. Those crews don't play around, and they won't take lightly to you guys coming through and poking into their business.
