My mom and I are really upset that our dog went to this facility in April 2022. Even after the money spent, we don't even really have HER ashes, as probability dictates. She was a great dog, and we are beyond heartbroken. 💔
This corrupt company practically has a monopoly in Colorado Springs. Unacceptable!

Yup, that company took a big nosedive near the end of last year. If you want to know why the two words you're looking for are "corporate incompetence." I'm surprised it's taken this long for consequences to start hitting, as badly as they bungled the situation. Sorry folks.

The unethical business conduct of Lasting Paws is ghoulish.
My friend called me in tears today because her dog was supposedly cremated by these people in the spring of 2022. She is inconsolable. She didn't know until now because she doesn't watch television.
Edit: Lasting Paws' "passing the buck," and making excuses for their unethical behavior is disgusting and unprofessional. They have padded their Google reviews with fake "good reviews;" it's obvious.
They should have legal and financial consequences for their actions.
If they do this in Colorado Springs, they probably do this in their other corporate locations, which are numerous.
Please do a follow up on this story regarding this situation. 💔
