Snowflakes are beautiful but can be dangerous. What are your thoughts on efforts being made to avoid the dangers of avalanches?

Of course, we have to reduce global warming in order to, decrease melting ice.
The human population and industries, are the main reasons, why these things happen.
We’ll have to conserve electricity wisely, fight for nature, teach everyone how to do these things while maintaining balance.

Anything kills. Water, cotton, pillows, or anything even. Why put emphasis that kills such a small amount of people? Water kills people more than snow. Then again snow is vaporized snow.

Dr. Masaru Emoto of Japan did pioneer research on the crystalline structure of water and documented with frozen ice crystals that the human consciousness through thoughts and words, and the exposure of music, had an effect on the molecular structure of water.

Now the point is to know what kind of snow is formed beneath, but what about the kind of water they are formed of? Can there be certain elements which mixed with water can derive in a different kind of snow?
