Yes in baggage but it’s very easy to get in Ireland and not expensive there. better not to carry.
Where exactly birth certificate will need? because I doubt have do not have that with me.
If you have 10th certificate that’s also enough

you can carry less then €10000. It’s good to have some cash €3k to €4K and rest you can have travelers cheque .
