when i first heard her music, i remember thinking that i felt like her songs were directly for me, like i'd never felt so connected to somebodys writing before. i know she is so different, so unique, and her hard work is paying off!
Mitski is one of my biggest inspirations. There are only a handful of Asian women in indie music. She makes me feel like I belong!

mitski is literally one of the most amazing and talented songwriters/lyricists/singers of our time. i love her
she deserves so much more love, her music is really authentic
every musician has that story about playing to no one or just one guy and either its a really bad experience or that one dude who turns up is super cool
I think it's pretty clear the internet absolutely loves you, even if we can't all get out there and see you perform. You're great at what you do, and it's a bonus to see your personal side through these clips. Touring is exhausting, to be sure, but I think I speak for us all when I say we'd still snatch up anything else you want to record and share, studio or live.
Wait, what!? "NOT HAWT". She is SO hot. She's doing IT. She's so hot. Totally gifted and it shows. Man. So hot. She is an individual stand out. I love how she is pushing her music out of her.

I only recently listened to Mitski when my daughter bought her latest album and I loved it so much. Since then, I have seen quite a few live performances. She is so captivating to watch, very talented and beautiful. There is just something about her that is so compelling that you get drawn into the performance and can't take your eyes off the screen.

I love how honest she is in her interviews about the industry and about her life with her career. Yes she has a private life but that’s because she’s human. No one should ever use that against especially when in her music, interviews, and shows she’s so honest about it all.

I love Mitski.
i was raised as an asian girl and despite not identifying with that anymore, i think the little girl i used to be seen as would've loved mitski just as much as i do now. her music makes ME feel seen, heard, and loved. she is my reminder that people can hear me; that people understand and feel and see me. mitski reminds me that i am not alone. and there is so much comfort in seeing people who look a little bit like you doing things you thought were impossible for you.
