- Shulem Lemmer performed “G-d Bless America” during the 7th inning stretch at the NY Mets / Washington Nationals game at Citi Field in NYC on April 7th, 2019.
Shulem made historic headlines two years ago when he became the first Hasidic singer to sign a record deal with the prestigious Universal Music Group.
Jews love America. And when Shulem sings this, he means it.
Anyone that can sing that beautiful, and patriotic song with such feeling & patriotism has my vote. Thank you sir! 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙🇮🇱
Man, he knocked that out of the park. It seemed so easy for him too.

Brother Shulem, G-d is looking upon you brightly.
That plane taking off in the background fills the stadium with the perfect cannon-rumble sounds.
Well timed

Did the plane have to fly overhead right then?? Jeez.
On purpose, it’s timed perfectly.
Listening to this after America is becoming communistic.
Not bad

You don’t see this everyday, but when a song’s most famous singer is accused of racism, why have Shulem, a member of an orthodox sect of the religion practiced by Cespedes Family BBQ sing it for the team the BBQ’s namesake plays for. Name a song by a Jewish artist in the reply, I’ll wait.
Not sure what you are saying with cespades but to answer ur q-one day by Matisyahu
Can you explain exactly what you're problem is ? U sound like a bigot
You narrow-minded prick.
You must have an entangled mind. Get some rest.
Why did “they” not spell out God?? There is no song found G-d bless America! It is God Bless America! Oooo wait, do not tell me the “o” in God is offensive to some! God Bless Ł
The answer is that we do not spell out the full name out of respect. In Hebrew we do not even say the full name except during prayer.
David Brown Thank you for taking the time to teach me something new. And I do apologize for my ignorance.
@@mozartcruise6004 no need to apologise. We live and learn. 😀
Some religious people don't write out God's name in full, lest it get treated less than respectfully-it's an expression of extreme respect. Just as many people-Christians, too-believe they should not speak out God's name in vain.
Jews are not allowed to write the name of G_D it is not offensive it is the upmost respect . Not meant to offend anybody just how we Jews roll
Let me help you with your title: GOD
Orthodox Jews don’t write or say the lord’s name unless it’s for a sacred purpose.
B''H, Christ, Jesus, Amen.
Beautiful!!
