This prayer is real. I havent been able to lift my left arm since October. It was too painful. Last week (Dec 23rd), I went to Adoration and I said this prayer asking Jesus to heal my arm. By the 200th times of this prayer, I could feel the pain slowly going away. And I could no longer felt the pain. I looked around me and wanted to scream of joy because it was a miracle to me! Make yourself go to social things that you enjoy, do a hobby regularly, and watch something edifying on tv occasionally. Ask God to reveal the root cause of the depression; eg; is it unforgiveness/ fear / hurt / anxiety etc. Try saying this prayer in this video for 30 mins to 60 mins a day during adoration and receive miracles from it. 4 rosaries a day and some fasting on Wednesdays and Fridays is another sure way to obtain miracles
