Shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange zest. 2. Bikini Martini (Created in 1999 for a swimsuit launch): Ingredients: 2 oz (60 ml) London dry gin 3/4 oz (22 ml) Blue Curacao 1/3 oz (10 ml) Peach liqueur 1/3 oz (10 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Dry shake (without ice) to foam up the egg white or foamer. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
