Ingredients:
Flour - 120 gm ( 1/2 cup less than 3 tbsp)
Corn flour - 80 gm ( 1/2 cup)
Butter - 50 gm
Oil - 40 ml (1/4 cup)
Ghee - 15 gm (1 tbsp)
Icing sugar - 80 gm (1/2 cup)
Egg- 50 gm ( 1 nos)
Nut - 100 gm
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Oven temperature - 170°c
Baking time - 15 -20 minutes
Thickness - 2mm
