Play passive against Rocket Lance, you attack way too much. Sometimes, change your playstyle and play passive not only against Lance but against every weapon. Have patience. The match against Orion would have been easy if you had played passive and patiently.
Train by playing passive against bots. Choose the extreme difficulty and play passive. Don't attack unless you're sure you'll hit him. Train your movement, baits, etc.
