I dont know if you will ever notice this comment of mine but yui pretty much shaped my teenage days when i accidentally discovered her through a mix song with avril Lavigne despite being only 13 years old iraqi boy back then without knowing even what language she spoke but she went straight to my heart and now i am 29 and i am shocked that she sang rolling star which i occasionally listened from time to time as it was the ending of my favorites anime show BLEACH as i watched this anime at the age 18-20

Only discovered (30 minutes ago!) that she's headed a new band... and it's beyond awesome in terms of musical variety. Anything from 'classic' YUI to alternarock. Evolution of YUI 2013-2020 would be mindblowing.
No she isn't unfortunately. She got married, and had twins. She sort of left the music scene after that to be a mom and hasn't said anything about a possible return and no one is really expecting her to. I wish she was active on social media or anything really so we can see her a bit more. But, the YUI-Lovers fansite is currently the only community dedicated to keeping her legacy alive, and they always look for updates as to where she is :(

i’ve been keep an eye on the date of the released album/single and omg it only take 3or 4 months YUI comeback with another song,no wonder YUI depressed before quit as a solo artist because shes the songwriter and sony always pressured YUI to make another song after another song,,evit was sad :,))

She also had packed schedule at that time with various tv program live performances, tv and radio interviews, magazine shots and if im not mistaken she also had her own radio program. We all know that everytime singers release a new songs, or we can say it as comeback, they will had pack schedule... If you noticed, back then when she still active as YUI, she wears same outfit in different tv and radio interviews, so yeah....
Creo que YUI dejo algo especial en todos, algo que ella nos entrego en cada canción, quizás solo yo piense así pero desde que escuche son canciones supe que ella era diferente a los demás artistas, aunque hoy ya no sea la misma o simplemente cambió su estilo ella tiene algo especial y fue es lo que me encanta de ella, simplemente YUI, al menos yo jamás dejaré de escuchas sus temas, aunque sea 2019 un año más fiel a YUI!
