I don’t know whether to say you gave me hope that someday I can be this brilliant, or that you demoralised me by showing up how far behind I am. Whatever it is, this is certainly the zenith of watercolour expertise. Hats off to you.
In 1988 my hubby & I went out one Saturday into town to go to a lovely bakers for some delicious bread & as we passed the shops near by we came across a travel agents. We stopped looked at each other & on the spur of the moment went inside & asked what holidays they had for that week & was told Whitby or Morocco so we chose Morocco apart from we had to be at the airport 5.am that Sunday morning! We accepted and we spent two fabulous weeks touring Various parts Morocco and it was heaven. Thank you Trevor for bringing back such a fabulous two weeks with your camels ( which we rode and felt sorry for the poor creatures ☺️) and for your beautiful Moroccan sound track which is so true to their sound you took me straight back in time to the magnificent 14th Century sights, smells and the beautiful people we met. As a member of the SAA I always tune into your live classes and learn so much you are turning me into a good painter, where before I did not think I had it in me to create a good piece of art. Now that I am learning your way, I look forward to paining as soon as I awake. Most grateful to you dear Trevor. 🌹🎨🖍🌞

Must have done these many times . very clever they way they materialise without any outline guide lines. Trevor do you use fox or sable brushes? I guess with your skills it doesn't matter much?
how did you learn to paint camels Trevor .. I am fascinated by camels and would love to learn how .. you seem to be the camel whisperer when it comes to painting them

Hi, Yes thanks for your comments. As far as I remember my colours were : Raw Sienna, Ultramarine, Permanent Rose, Burnt Umber, Cerulean blue, Vermillion and Prussian blue. Hope this helps you ! T
