Love this video - my dad does construction but he does tasks each day without any planning he has done it for so long and knows what needs to be done. I want to start off by drawing detailed plans with him to stream line everything, how do we create detailed plans?
I Liked your three approaches and having trade flow in the schedule. I agree having sequences in different places confuses even the schedulers. Trade flow makes it near and clear. I don't agree with having total duration and phase durations first. The bottom up plan will be better rather than top down to arrive at the project duration. But then again if you're working with contractual end dates, top down estimates makes sense.
Thank you. My philosophy has been sell the projects first and figure out how to build them second 😂
So a video like this is very helpful!
Awesome video
you are just amazing.
Superb. Thanks
thank you. this gave me a lot of insights

@Imad.nazir78 have you read the book Takt Planning
I have not - should I read it?
The projects we do are small domestic projects
@Imad.nazir78 I would read it. We have free templates as well.
@@jasonwilliamschroeder will this book still help?

Check the description. You will find it there.
Where the drawings get cumbersome is when there's a set that thick for each trade.
