Start by writing the sentence you wrote below. Then repeat it if you want to. How does it make you feel? I am a writer by trade and sometimeI think "I have no idea what to write. I can't do this." so I start by writing that. It all gradually loosens up.

Maybe the word "expressive" is a problem. Its a lofty goal to express something. Just call it writing. Writing what is in your head and getting it on the page where it can't bug you. So write what is in your head (I can't do this stuff etc. etc.). Have that really whinney rant with yourself but not in your head or body where it can hurt you.

This is very hard to believe. All he did was write down his feelings? I call bullshit

Hi Debbie- thanks for your input! I agree it sounds a bit odd, ok, a bit worse than odd, but it worked for me- feel free to get in touch with me- hotmail, gmail, twitter, substack and I'll give you more info. I'm trying to get a group of people to get a trial going so that we take out some of the scepticism- would you be interested in helping out? Stuart Wiffin

How can you call bullshit on something that clearly works. Dumbass
