What do you think about the difference between the matriarch and the muse? I get the extended modulation and sequencing options, but would you say that the muse covers all that the matriarch can do? Is it redundant to have both?
@@MarioTorre so… for me, the matriarch has a bit different of a vibe and tonality to it. The simplicity of it all makes me do very different things while creating on it versus the more complex Muse. But for me, the sound palette does sound a bit different. That being said, I haven’t really tried to match their tones at all… I think, in simpler terms, yes… the Muse can cover everything the Matriarch can do, and then have some added features too. So it’s more a tone thing… And whether or not 8-voice polyphony is something needed, vs the paraphonic nature of the Matriarch (which I typically use as a mono synth anyway). And whether you value the additional features on board the Muse or not in your particular music creation I’m assuming you have the matriarch?
Thanks for the reply. I was about to buy a matriarch when the muse was announced, so I’m a bit on the fence for this.
