In terms of your infantry units, the answer is your city skin. The negative 10% infantry health goes a long way however the 5% skill damage inflicts, in your words, “gang buster” amounts of damage to the enemy. Least that’s what I think happen with your infantry fill ups.
I think it’s because of health stats… T4 have lower health and siege units have the lowest. So based on that I’d say it really depends on your health stats

when fighting with mixed troops, skill damage received is not split up proportionally but focuses on one troop type at a time. i have heard people say it's the one with the lowest base defense. so when only t5 was left for you, all white damage got split up proportionally but the big skill damage nukes wiped out your infantry first, cavs second.

They understand the mechanics, you're likely not in their tax bracket so wouldn't think the same.

Wick did an analysis on which units die the quickest in mixed marches for Trajan aeth. It turns out that the unit that is countered by your special unit type tends to die much quicker. Yours it Byz so your inf die quicker

Hey Chis, what do you think about having Garrison presets for your city defense? Like having one pair with equipment ready and another pair also with equipment, and the eq would get removed from another commander if it were occupied. Lemme know if u think this sounds op or just right

i hope lillith shows more details about the dead count in our stats because as in you're reports some players killed 200k+ t1 unites and it'll increase their dead count and they'll be bragging about it because u can't tell the difference between t5-t1 death units

I believe but is like the old games I use to trap base in. If you look at report it does not show dead t4. Which means they go to hospital first. They way we use to trap is over load t2 in base by the power level math of troops and when hit the t2 had more power than full rally so you would win and only thing that went in to hospital was t2 so small hospital bills and quick recovery.
Hello, I have a question :-) . Whenever I ask you which stats are better, i.e. defense / attack or live, I am told live then defense only then attack. what's right now. ?? Because I do everything possible to increase my HP with my equipment ect. I play main Infantrie

when is Lilith going to change the battle reports to include the total number of kills and deads from opponent swarm / aoe suffered?
In the video, I saw someone hitting the XY/Chandra rally with Tomyris. Could you discuss what was going on there? Was someone using 1 troop Chandra/Tomyris marches to debuff the rally? What impact do you see from the debuffs in the log?
They were attempting to debuff the rally with tomy stacks so my city would do more skill dmg
@@Chisgule Yes. If this was a series of 1 unit marches that stacked, it would be interesting to see the overall impact. This seems like a nice, cheap way to gain an edge.
probably it is determined by who is attacking your city, if it is cav rally, then inf will most likely to die less than others.
I thought that only 5mil troops participated in city defense and anything above that just back fill as things get wounded or die.
Chis the first 50k go to the Siege special hospital! So if you adjust the math then 13k siege probably makes sense

Chis, I would say your INF got more woundeds then rest because, You have compared to other units the weakest stats on,and an fair amount of them.Also because civilization,But i guess they also Theoretically in "First Row" in a battle that can affect it also?Also they keept swarming you during the rally with 1 unite because you know why...I guess that's influence it also a tiny bit making your inf stats worse.

Yes, as long as there is no reinforcement in your city and no war frenzy.

Hey chis, i had a question you didn't see in live chat, i see you always spend your Rss tokens this kvk, and you're getting low, if it is a very hard kvk why don't you just save up for the next ones, you'll be vulnerable and low on rss, especially tokens, even gold you're almost under 10k tokens, and you said rss buying from bundles ain't your thing.

if you send T5/T4 to field fights, you would see T4 in hospital first.
when your health bar turn red, drag your 7 marches out of your city, that way you won’t have dead troops

That was EPIC. Man this may sound weird to some people but I absolutely LOVE defending against rallies against my city...its the most dangerous and thrilling scenario of all for me! We didn't win our KvK but I ended up killing around 5M troops by tanking rallies against my city alone. XD

Im just a noob among you guys but if i had to guess i would say you had a of injured because you used yss+ theodora which is not the best pair for rallies. Theodora primary+ Yss would be great for swarms; since it was a cav ralli, and because she s still the best, Zenobia + Yss would have done much better reports for you.

When you start healing the troops in hospital before it has 100% filled. You can still fill up the remaining amount while speed healing to avoid deaths right? Or no?

You can't heal while getting hit by rallies?
Correct. You cannot heal while your city is in combat. You can speed up an already started heal but you cannot initiate a new heal
