I was a homeschool mom and grandma. I got them to university. We have 1 masters and 2 bachelors. Education was too important to me to trust to our local schools. I come from a long line of teachers and professors. We need better schools not do away with them. Trump paid to get through school and it shows.

Yes, I know a bit about this. It’s not that off to suspect this was planned. In the US I think the same billionaires like the Koch brothers have a lot to do with it. And the US has leverage over how and what is taught in other schools overseas as well. There was a huge intervention in the 1980’s … and then the 90’s again, and later. But the education in the US is an absolute shame. Really, really poor.

He said that the physical computer farms required to run it would also be about the size of Africa. He said that the current power grid will not accommodate it at all, and the fuel required to run it would be greater than far greater than current fuel use many times over. So, when the AI computer said that the way to defeat it is to unplug it, it is in effect pointing out that it's biggest weakness is its extreme need for power.

I don't think Trump can inaugurate himself early. There needs to be a speaker in place and the votes need to be certified. But I wouldn't be shocked if it got delayed due to weird things happening.

Neil DeGrasse is a genius, but he is not always right about the future. In fact, he has quite a lot of “blind spots” in his perspective.
I agree, he's flawed.
Plugged in or not can't most AI machines get ruined with a bucket of water? but I fear the only AI interactions are with other tech bro-HOLES or other AI and not more with educators or ppl with more compassion so AI only learns from the worst of us. SO my suggestion would be WE need to be interacting with AI and adding to it's knowledge more than THEY are adding to AI, yes?!??
I wholly agree with you. With just this past year's topics alone, AI could probably need year's of in depth therapy to recover. If it ever can recover from this monumental cluster fx of a 💩show.
I honestly think AI should have never been set free until way after the trumplethinskins era. Or at least have had an abundance of limiting restraints as so to not irreparablly damage it beyond repair.
Hi Hogarth, I have to say I find it odd that you would proudly speak of Neil deGrasse Tyson speaking about the precession of the equinoxes to say he supports your sidereal astrology perspective (over tropical) when he used that fact as one of several to speak of why he doesn't respect astrology altogether! He's known for poo-pooing astrology flat out.
I know he is and does, I'm not a big fan, however, there is a video link I have in my video description where he educates another about the true placements of the Zodiac constellations, with animation and everything. He was mainly referencing Western astrology as inacurate because it doesn't take precession into account.

(I generally respect that he's a brilliant mind, while simultaneously disliking him as a person, tbh, from enough interviews and quotes I've seen of his - I find him too pompous to be likeable. And his dismissivness of all astrology doesn't help endear him to me. (Although I understand vedic/sidereal astrologers - such as yourself, I gather? - can use his models for support, as in the video you mentioned. I'm a western/tropical astro-follower personally, but I would feel the same about his personality regardless. I prefer folks who are intelligent without their being pretentious.)
