More and more carriers that are hosted in Amadeus (eg. Air Canada and others) now allow the customer to directly change their itinerary and have their e-ticket reissued (at least for the first reissue) on their website. Do you know of any third party tools that can help automate the process?
Only tickets purchased from airline offices or airline websites are authorised; tickets purchased through travel agents are not permitted on their website.

E2 stands for Reissue Electronic Coupon Number 2 for the return journey.

You should recomputed the fare based on the newly booked RBD and collect any fare difference along with any date change penalty fee.
