Not able to create the role as shown video. When I click on roles then a pop up window comes in which it asks to fill New User Role and and asks for its name. Can you once please tell about it.

To assign feature licenses to users manually, from Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users and click Edit next to the user's name. Select the Salesforce CRM Content User checkbox and click Save.

How to delete created users
You cannot delete a user
You can deactivate the user..
