Aapki sabji to bahot tasty lag rahi he, par Pak shastr ke kuch rules hote he, hame pyaz or dudh ki malai ko sath me nahi lena chahiye, or dudh or dahi ko bhi sath me nahi le sakte,
Aese virudhdh aahar karne se safed dag ki skin related problems ho jate he. Tasty jarur khana he. Par kuch bhi nahi.
