For a house that's only ten years old, this place isn't aging well. It's obviously way overpriced at the $38 million they were asking for it.
Agreed. The first thing for me is the building paint outdoors, dull and not appealing at all.
Then you move indoors and you are met with poor choice of materials, the paint on the wall, again, makes the house look old. The wood/ wooden furniture looks dated.
I also get the feeling that the house is not well-taken care of.
Looks like a billionaire just got rich and is building his/her dream home according to his/her imagination, has no taste/not seen high-end finishes but his/her office. The layout is bad, with no elevator, and it is definitely not senior-friendly. too many doors open into one tight corner 13:48, the office 14:06 is sooo un-cohesive with the rest of the building, everything feels so cheap, and those who have 38 mil definitely don't like the lack of privacy 5:43 at their pool, where the entire valley can see who is in what bikini. It looks like a house cost for 5 mil and they got lucky due to the price shoot way up nowadays, and now trying to bank a profit of 32 mil.
Thanks, you guys spared me a lot of writing. Agree 100%.
Plus, did anyone get to count the ‘up aboves’ ? I stopped at 49th, since now it is mixed with a lot of ‘up againsts’.
The architect really missed the mark on the entry way. For a house in Bel Air you shouldn't enter the house and run into a wall, there should be an open floor plan with a outdoor view. Also, this place seems like a bit of a maze. Really hard to figure out how all these rooms fit together and seem very random.
Me: “great bar”
Also me: “what do you mean this is the kitchen?”
Such a small kitchen.
You can tell this was built by a London-based architect because almost every room prioritizes gloss over light. Modern British architecture is such a drag
This is a great home with lots of privacy and has the best sideyard i have ever seen & encountered in a home.. definitely a nice area for any recreation activity or event for a family!
We gravitate seeing amazing house's this by far has the biggest shoe racks in a Master bedroom how many shoes do you need? This home can accomadate it for sure.
You Tour homes like no other Darren! Great job on showcasing great homes in LA! Keep it up! ❤❤❤
Love this home. Thanks for the tour
Thanks for watching 💪🏼
Pool is adorable ❤ great idea
Amazing
Classy, it certainly signals money. That ceiling height do be hitting different though
Blue accent wall - Thanks 👑
❤ queen Royann sold out 🎉 looks great, beautiful
This home is beautiful, lots of green, great location and details are on another level 👌🏻
Appreciate you watching Josh 💪🏼
I guess you mean ‘low level’…, but anyway, Darren Kriz seems to appreciate easy to be please viewers.
I get the design is trying to be subtle. And it works

Where JP at?
I wonder that too he is not active at his channel too
@@lunababy4259Yeah, your right. I tried to reach him a few times but no feedback 🤔. Maybe he’s shacking up with Mikey…
Why would that fool be on this channel?
Hey Darren, are you sure the frozen finish on the glass door of the last bathroom shown is called ‘tinted’ ? ?
I feel the owners would constantly get lost the first few days living here 😂
I love your tours. One of my favorite channels. But not a big fan of this house. The kitchen look like a factory with the gray walls. Why does somebody need an indoor lap pool in Bel Air? Divided windows were not my favorite either. But honestly that's just a matter of not being my taste.
I did love that it had a ton of land. And I also love frosted glass over just glass in bathrooms. It's a great house for kids and dogs
Thanks Lauren 🙌🏼
Excellent 😂
The asking price is offensive considering the many issues. A complete renovation project. This property has potential but considering the dated furnishings and the maze/escape room feel it screams poor design. Too many doors(count them) and mini stairs mixed with the narrow hallways. A primary bedroom being so close to the entrance is cringe. The tv placement in the primary bedroom makes me so upset. Forcing myself to say something nice, I liked the outdoor/indoor pool size.
The editing is a bit anemic. Tell the editor to tone down the gray scale and bring back the natural colors.
❤the is nicely groom
Is this a house or a giant maze? The floorplan has no flow.
This is a gorgeous Home… lots of green to help with privacy and cool… can’t wait to see full tour.
🤔🤔
😱You mean there’s more? 😂
@@tonyrocco1258 lol…. I think so… but does have privacy from the greenery and helps with the cooling… temp gets to crazy in SoCal….
Where is the rest of the kitchen? that or theres a decimal point missing and should be 3.8million not 38million
Layout for this house is a bit hit and miss for me. The indoor pool is insane. But no hot tub/jacuzzi for a $38M home? Seems like a big miss. The primary suite also felt a bit underwhelming relative to the price. No seating area and bathrooms seemed really narrow. I don't think you need a bathroom big enough for a 12-person party, but most primary bathrooms at this price point felt very crammed. I'd also think most people buying $38M homes would have more than 3 luxury cars so a 3-car garage is more suitable for a $10M home than a $38M home.
What’s that plastic white fan hanging on the wall in the gym?

Too many wood colors.
💰💰💰
Hey Darren , I have send you the email have you received it ?
This is the smallest Master bedroom I have ever seen for this price. Darren almost hit the glass wall when he walked next to the tub in hers side of the bathroom. This is a 14,000 sqft home what have the developer done to the master bedroom. I like the privacy of this property but it doesn't look like its a good use of space.
Wow! This estate has an incredibly negative “vibe”. Maybe it’s the pervasive dark gray, maybe it was just the video’s lighting, or ?
Yes, I agree this is very overpriced, maybe worth about $26M. The floor plan, flow, colors, etc., are just not inviting. It needs much more wood, blues and greens, pops of energy colors, and a complete re-do of the landscaping to make the pool area welcoming. I feel like I have just toured Soviet East Berlin in the 1970’s……
Don’t like the house at all but liked the video for you.
For someone who loves to cook, kitchen is a total disappointment.
Your channel is average.. i have couple of question and suggestion about your channel..
1. Your walk through the home tour is very confusing. Its hard to locate the exact location of home where you were standing and describing..
2. The language you use ‘ may be’ , ‘who knows’ .. present you that,, you are even confuse.. how could you explain to us instead..
3. Why you dindnt show the gurage.. if there is unground parking, the connecting road from basement guarage to entry point...
4. Your cameraperson dont show the in fluent way..
5. Your home tour shows that there is lack of proper homework of the house you were showing..
Congratulations @highwayrocke, your comments are spot on. I try to tell him all the same since video #1; I tried so many times to teach him architectural stuff, as, not everything wood is a ‘beam’, not everything green is a ‘ficus’, or that a 15 feet tree is a ‘topiary’ and not a ‘bonsai’, and what is a statue and what’s a sculpture, but he’s stubborn, refuses to acknowledge he doesn’t know what’s he’s discribing. About the videographer, I think Darren should train Raul to focus his camera on what is being pointed, and Darren, pls learn that we’re here to see the house and not listen to your discription of what’s inside the room you’re seeing from the door.
This realtor is such a tool. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from this guy!
No mobile theatre
670-666 совсем неплохой номер дома 😈👍👍👍
