None of them knows about the basics of music. The guy screwed tempo very often.

Agree, there're actually four times in this piece that you have to lower the tempo, but this guy messed up the whole thing, as an example he screwed up right at the beginning 0:10 when the melody was added (just tap your finger along with him you'll realize it's very annoying). May be he just feel the music but waltz is music for dancing, and the tempo must be consistent for people to feel the waltz and dance to it
