    I work as a fulltime for one year,
    Ang pagkakamali ko ay nagbresign ako ng hindi
    muna nagpapatingin sa Doctor tungkol sa pagsakit ng paa ko.
    Pero meron oo makukuha ng koyo...puede ko po ba mahabol pa na sagutin nila yung na injure sa paa ko
    During my time of work with that company,pero naka pag sign na po ako.
    So ang inaasahan ko na lang po ay ang koyo hoken...at mga magkano po ba makukuha ko?

    Kung sakali pong hindi sya napagamit yung first 10days. Naaadd po ba sya dun sa susunod ng payleave. Eaxmple po 10days +11 days. If sakaling hindi magamit po

      mostly ganun po ang mangyayari. depende na sa rules ng company yan. kadalasan din meron silang validity period na automatic na mawawala po kapag di mo nagamit.

    Good day Po! Ask ko lang Po meron bang age limit ang work leave with pay ? Kc po 60 yrs old ako ng pumasok sa Kaisha & now 64 yrs old n but then 12days lang ang work leave ko since then pwede ko po bang matanggap ang kulang na days n hindi nila ibinigay kahit nag lapsed n ! Malaking company ang kaisha but I think marami silang discrepancies sa mga tao ! Hindi rin parepareho kc ang wage salary per hour pag seniors n wala sa minimun! Could you pls let me know before I take action on this matter ! Salamat po! To God be the glory!

      wala po relation ang age ng isang worker sa work leave na dapat nya matanggap, nakabase po yan sa working days nya kasi.

    for example sir, naka 1 year na ko then d ko nagamit ung 10 days paid leave ko, mag aad po ba yun sa next year? bale maging 10 + 11 = 21?

      what to do kapag na fired ka sa trabaho?
      or
      pag nag resign ka, what are the consequences? for example may need ka b tlga bayaran sa company?
      i think these topics would really help sa mga nagtatrabaho sa Japan kung ano need nila gawin in those situations.

    Sir any update po? Nag pasa po ko nung august para sa month ng april, may,june kaso wala pa po ko narerecive na paper. Tapos yung kaisha ko po is binigyan ulit ako ng paper for the month of july,August,september. Pwde ko na po ba ipasa yung july,august,september kahit wala pa pong narerecieve dun sa una?

    Pano po kung ang kontrata mo is 5 days a week,8hrs a day pero halos hindi mo nasunod yung dapat na ipapasok mo ayon sa kontrata mo...posible ba na hindi sya mabigyan kahit isang araw?
    May kasama kasi ako sa work ganun ang nangyari sa kanya.Pareho kami ng kontrata pero konti lang ang naipapasok nya kesa sa dapat nyang ipasok.ako nabigyan ng 10 days na yukyu sya wala kahit isang araw.ang paliwanag samin,dahil nga daw hindi nya nasunod ang dapat na araw at oras ng pasok nya kaya hindi sya nabigyan.

    Maganda araw po, may konting katanungan lang po ako, more than 17 years na po akong nag tratraho sa company noong 2013 nag yameru ako, noong April 2015 pinabalik ako ng employer ko, ang pinag tataka ko ako at yong ibang arubaitong hapon hindi kami binibigyan ng yuukyu yong mga regular o mga shain lang ang binibigyan, so this year January 2020 kaming mga arubaito ay binigyan ng 3 days na yuukyu, tapos wala na, paano po ba ang dapat kong gawin para magamit ko ito at mga ilang days po ba ang maari kong gamitin, pull time po akong nagtratrabaho, Monday to Sunday, at kung sakali pong hindi makipag operates yong amo ko saan po ako pwedeng mag sumbong, hindi naman po ito tsimis kasi po yong secretary namin ay ka live in patner ng amo ko lagi po niyang niloloko kami sa mga taxes at sweldo, ito po ang dahilan kaya ako nag yameta noong 2013, maraming salamat po sa inyo, Pasensya na po kung medyo mahaba itong text ko, God bless you always,

      kahit ilang araw pwede po ninyo dapat ma apply at gamitin ang yukyuu ninyo. need nyo ilang ipaalam sa kanila for their approval po.
