I got my first car after passing my passing my driving test (over a year ago lol) and its a 5 door manual Mini Cooper so obviously I had to film a car tour 2020 so if you want to know whats in my MINI and a little background of my driving experience then give it a watch !

I’ve always wanted a mini growing up I love your mini so much! I’m 21 and can’t drive, driving and cars have always scared me due to having a car accident but I’m slowly getting my confidence and wanting to learn once it safe again

@@Amix23 Honey I'm 21 also. Alot of us had traumatic experiences with cars where it's one of the most scariest things to experience. when I get behind the wheel I basically pass out and have to get out immediately. it has nothing to do with age :(. Just experiences. I still cant drive or have even bothered to learn how since I was 14 and 15
I’m glad I’m not alone. 23 here, had a dumb little accident and have been too scared to drive since. Need to get over myself but its so hard. I’m so glad I’m not alone though, i thought i was crazy. All my cousins get theirs as soon as they’re 18 and i feel so left out lol
you need a more powerful faster car. cause then you can dictate traffic and not the other way around
Start with a minivan or suv. It's positioned higher than normal cars. People I know who started with a minivan or SUV don't like driving a lower to the ground car because the visibility isn't as good.
Mini coopers used to be my favorite car growing up and I enjoyed spotting them when I was out with my mom.
cannot wait until its more safe and I can learn to drive I really want a mini aswell I love them so much!

I bloody love my mini it’s so old but so reliable and so cute, underrated first car!!!
Obviously you don’t own a modern mini or if you do your very lucky with it saying they are reliable lol First bmw mini generation yeah not to bad in reliability but had problems mainly the petrol ones second generation lots of problems especially with the petrol ones again throwing timing chains and screwing up the engine. I had second generation mini countryman had lots of problems and faults. f55 third generation like in this video not really known to have any problems especially the cooper d - diesel I have the 2016 5dr hatch cooper d not sure on the petrol one she has but the diesel one is good car and not really heard people say they have trouble with them

That little mini was mint did me very well compared to all the knackers my peers had. It’s gone now, was only my first car. Bought a (newer) one, still old, 2012 JCW Mini Coupe but my dad is a a BMW Mini Master Tech so he’s the one who keeps em right n nifty. Put in a brand new entire new engine on this one bought it knackered on purpose🤣

Hold your ambient lighting button for about 20 seconds when it flashes it will cycle all through the colours
Awesome car Gemma! I used to have a MINI Cooper S awhile ago, the older style one with the giant speedo in the center. It was great, and really fast but I had to sell it bc it kept breaking down sadly. Here in the States you don't see too many of them, they're a bit of a novelty. A lot of mechanics here don't know how to work on them properly.
I’ve been wanting a Mini Cooper for the longest time and I might be getting one soon! I am a little scared because I’ve never driven a small car before and it would be my first car... is it safe or a really good vehicle for a first car? I live America in a state where there’s tons of hills and sharp turns haha so I’m scared I’ll crash but I see Mini Coopers all around here

this is so exciting! I just got myself a 2020 nissan versa sv. i'm a toyota person but i dropped the gun too fast and this is what i ended up leaving the lot with, lol. i'm obsessed with watching these types of videos!!!!

In my opinion best thing to do right now would be to clean the wheels, alloy wheel cleaner and a brush will do it👌🏻

This car probably cost her £10-14,000 it's such an unrealistic first car, firsts cars get scratched and scrouped, never,ind the price of insurance on a newer model, if you were to go for a mini I'd suggest the R56, which is a smaller 3 door compact mini (aka Mini Cooper D) built 2002-2008, still work like brand new but everything's a lot better for your buck. I'll never understand why people buy newer model cars as their firsts, because they just get batterd 🤣 but that's just my opinion

it was 12k to buy because it was fairly new, had very few miles on it and 5 doors and then my insurance is complicated because both of my parents are on it as well but i think if it was just me it would have been around 1500 for the first year with a black box! so quite a lot but i was 18 with 0 years of driving/no claims and the engine is a bit bigger than normal so would be cheaper now! xx

My grandpa was going to teach me how to drive manual and give me his manual car for my 18th but he got rear ended at a stop light by a drunk driver 😭. I hope to get it fix soon so he can teach me.
