We thoroughly enjoyed seeing this restored version of "Brad' s Broken Toe". Once again, you did an amazing job of restoring a long lost I Married Joan. We also enjoyed seeing Alvin Hurwitz, what a great character actor. Many many thanks for preserving these classic Joans. I was fortunate to have worked with director Marc Daniels when he was directing episodes of the "Alice" tv series -- I was a writer on that series. Marc was a great guy. A wonderful sense of humor. I was just a "kid" -- but he appreciated me. Marc was also director on the first season of I Love Lucy, written by Bob Carrole and Madelyn Pugh (Davis). Bot and Madelyn were also the producers of "Alice". I met Lucy when she visited the set on our Warner Brothers sound stage. Desi was one of our guest stars.He was a riot! I also met Eve Arden when she guest starred on Alice. Wow what an experience!!! Needless to say I am a huge fan of Joan Davis -- an amazing comedy talent! ...Rowby.
Before Joan pulled out the Sandwich out of the suitcase when she saying the one special thing, I really thought she was going to pull out "Teddy" Thurston Howell's teddy bear
