To add on how strong Dragon might be, Sabo's "Dragon Claw" technique was developed by, well, Dragon. We can assume that whatever Sabo is capable of with that technique, Dragon is at the very least twice as strong as him in regards to scale.

They dont get to transform and have control over the animal, so since smile users are themselves AND have another being in them it works. But zoans are just themselves, if an animal ate a DF it would work, but in this context humans dont equal animals and so it wouldnt work on someone who just ate any zoan.

I can not overstate how overwhelmingly powerful the ability to control wind would be in the one piece world. Not just altering the course of ships, but it should be relatively easy for Dragon to just SUMMON HURRICANES at will. A strong enough hurricane could probably level an entire island if needed, and if you're able to control the wind, you could keep it from weakening and potentially strengthen indefinitely just by letting it churn in the sea. The red line being the only large continent that could probably weather the storm, Dragon could wipe out every other island without much effort if he is willing to forget about collateral damage.

The reason Baltigo can’t be found may be that just like Punk Hazard had lost its magnetic charge same could’ve been the case of Baltigo and that’s why nobody can just come across the island as everybody travels via log pose and since it has no magnetic charge it can’t be found like that
If Dragon has... let's call it the Gust Gust fruit, he'd most definitely have it awakened. Making the place constantly super windy... would fit the motif as we've seen it so far. And he'd be able to open a clear path through the wind for allies. Now, you've got something like Blackbeard, who's Yami Yami could probably absorb the wind (anime, don't question it) or counter it with blowing shit out of the darkness, or even use his quake fruit to do something in the air... yeah. It fits.
Actually Tekking, Luffy's mother is alive since Oda said that Luffy's parents have already been drawn in the manga. For reference you can look at chapters 440 and 593 where you'll see some characters whose name are unknown even after Reverie, yet appear on both of these chapters. I can not overstate how overwhelmingly powerful the ability to control wind would be in the one piece world. Not just altering the course of ships, but it should be relatively easy for Dragon to just SUMMON HURRICANES at will. A strong enough hurricane could probably level an entire island if needed, and if you're able to control the wind, you could keep it from weakening and potentially strengthen indefinitely just by letting it churn in the sea. The red line being the only large continent that could probably weather the storm, Dragon could wipe out every other island without much effort if he is willing to forget about collateral damage.

The reason Baltigo can’t be found may be that just like Punk Hazard had lost its magnetic charge same could’ve been the case of Baltigo and that’s why nobody can just come across the island as everybody travels via log pose and since it has no magnetic charge it can’t be found like that

If Dragon has... let's call it the Gust Gust fruit, he'd most definitely have it awakened. Making the place constantly super windy... would fit the motif as we've seen it so far. And he'd be able to open a clear path through the wind for allies. Now, you've got something like Blackbeard, who's Yami Yami could probably absorb the wind (anime, don't question it) or counter it with blowing shit out of the darkness, or even use his quake fruit to do something in the air... yeah. It fits.

For reference you can look at chapters 440 and 593 where you'll see some characters whose name are unknown even after Reverie, yet appear on both of these chapters. The one with the glasses and hat with a feather might be her.
