I was quite skeptical about how her performance would turn out as she mentioned beforehand her setlist isn't going to be very different to her solo conserts and that meant that a lot of pop songs were going to be performed in front of metalheads. The videos I've seen from her performance have been great and she absolutely owned that stage! I've also seen a lot of positive reactions about her performance from the people who were there. She did amazing job!
@@KalvinEllis Fire, Storm In A Glass, Invincible, While Love Died, Energize Me, Euphoria, Storm, Our Decades In The Sun, Me Without You, The Calm, Face Your Demons, Come Full Circle, Daydream, My Paragon, Phantom Of The Opera. I'd say she was bold.
I was there and she did very well considering the setlist and the very last minute replacement. (Though we know she is good at that -48hrs to learn the setlist) I didn't hear any boo's from the crowd. The more metal like songs were definitely received better than the poppy stuff that received a more tepid response. But closing with the Phantom was great, an absolute high. I was trying to see them between a zillion phones cause everyone was trying to record it.
Thank you! Beautiful shot. And it doesn't matter if your phone fell twice, you have that with a phantom nearby! I would have liked to have been there, but now just a little bit.
You can tell that the stage is so overwhelming that the performers seem confused as to where to position themselves. At the same time, I've seen Metallica 5 times since 2003 and nothing compared to the size and excitement of this show
Nonsense. On the contrary. They make optimal use of the available space. It would be boring if they would remain on the same spot all the time not to mention unfriendly for the people on the other side. A stage like this is made to walk around.
@@treintje1001 ..I agree. I'm sure the Floor and other guests were Rehearsed (by stage production) as to Navigating the Stage. That's just..professionalism. At this level. ..nothing's left to chance.
@@redpanda485 I was there and the sound was actually pretty good if you were close to the stage. We had no problem but I was probably 10meters away. The Arena is called the galmbak (reverb box) if you're up in the rings and far away from the stage the sound gets worse. Even though they hang huge balloons to prevent the reverb.
@littleraven28 my seat was at first ring and sound was horrible. Bass was too loud and voice to soft, especially when Metallica played. Happy for you that you had a good experience: )
@@redpanda485 It's the Arena, we knew up front that the sound would be bad far away. So we made sure to be pretty close to stage both nights. I was also in the Ziggo Dome in November when Nightwish played there and the sound then was indeed much much better.
Fully agreed, but no surprise. It simply is the difference between a football stadium and a venue specifically built for having a perfect acoustic. Big bands want big audiences, so yeah.....
The Dutch Disease.. Why can't people just be quiet for a few hours.. every time you want to listen, enjoy or film music, some (many) people will show the Dutch Disease is real. JUST BE 🤫🤫 for a moment !
ja dat kunnen de meeste nederlanders niet en zeker niet in amsterdam ik was daar en het geluid was beter i was there and the sound was better and floor has more succes than metallica

What was the full setlist?

Henk is turning into a real metalhead !
Floor is a Gorgeous, Powerhouse Voice.
Wow Amazing 💛💛🔥🔥🤟🤟🥰
Floor & Henk 😍🤩😍
De eerste gedachte die ik had toen ik hoorde dat ze het voorprogramma van MetallicA zou doen, ze zal Henk Poort toch zeker wel even bellen!!
They were there!

Stiekem vonden heel wat stoere Metallica fans het optreden van Floor en Henk heerlijk om naar te luisteren 😊

I wasn't there but it probably was. Sound in JCA was pretty bad. On video it sounds better than in the JCA 😵💫

Sadly the sound in the 020 arena sucks balls. Great performance, should have been different location
i dreamt i performed this song w/ TOMMY JOHANNSSON at my church! btw did any of you know he played the phantom on stage at one time? the irony!
