I believe its bad idea for parliamentary.It’s tailored for a country basically with monorchial past ruled. My humble opinion,wake up too brainy politicians.
That signatures would not represent genuine cooperation/willingness of majority of the Filipino to amend the Constitution because it went through bribery. The same way how people elected these Government officials. So, what positive result we'll expect to come out if everything in this Country came from bribery.
